Manipur says violence won't derail peace after 4 killed in village attacks

Four people, including two women, were killed in attacks on villages in Manipur's Tamenglong and Noney on Sunday. The killings on Black Day prompted Manipur's Home Minister to vow firm action and defend the peace process.
