Byelections to two assembly segments in TN, one in Puducherry to be held on Oct 6

CHENNAI: Election Commission of India (ECI) has announced byelections on Oct 6 for Dharapuram (SC) and Madurantakam (SC) — two of the seven vacant assembly constituencies in Tamil Nadu. Counting of votes will be held on Oct 9.
