Delhi traffic hit on Ashram-Sarai Kale Khan stretch, near AIIMS; cops cite rain, vehicle breakdowns

NEW DELHI: While many roads around the BRICS Summit venue remained clear Saturday, some parts of Delhi witnessed heavy traffic, with some stretches taking much longer than usual to cross.
