Is the changing nature of ball behind Joe Root's frequent LBW dismissals?

English Captain Joe Root in his recent remarks, after the second test against Pakistan at Lords, attributed his frequent LBW dismissals to the changing nature of the Dukes Ball, especially the ‘different lacquer’ on them. However, Dilip Jajodia, the owner
