Expelled Bihar Congress functionaries protest outside party office, seek meeting with Rahul

NEW DELHI: A group of expelled Bihar Congress functionaries Tuesday protested in front of the party office here, and demanded a meeting with Rahul Gandhi so that they could “apprise” him of the realities of the state unit.
