'Spoils of war': Iran says US submarine seized in Hormuz was 'captured, not confiscated'

Iranian foreign ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei on Monday said the American submarine seized by Iran was “captured as spoils of war”, adding that such spoils are legitimate.
